His leadership cuts through marketing complexity to deliver work that performs rather than just impresses. We follow his lead: question everything, elevate substance over spectacle, and measure success by impact.
Michael Lennon
Head of Operations
Mike ensures the agency’s creative work runs smoothly and efficiently, managing team workflows and strategic processes. His role is critical in maintaining creative flow and pressure testing ideas and creative output of our work. Mike also leads our product manufacturing and design operations.
Jill Hawkins
Head of Design
Jill is our creative badass who translates complex brand stories into designs that speak to people. She has nearly 20 years in the agency world as a creative lead, having worked on major global brands and products. Jill leads our team to build visual narratives and stories that cut through the noise and make real connections.
Jill Arnofsky
Studio Design Director
Jill is the oil that keeps our machine moving efficiently. She is our go-to problem solver who keeps our creative projects on track and moving forward. She’s the bridge between wild design ideas and real-world execution, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and keeping all design production flowing effortlessly and on time.
